One Turbo Attendance Priority Support Incident:
This is a per incident support service for Turbo
Attendance.
Note 1: Once a level 2 engineer is assigned to
an incident the incident is expended even if the
resolution is not ideal.
Note 2: Customers may elect to get an Annual
Priority Support Service for 12 months of
protection and unlimited technical support.
